As of October 10, 2008 at 15:15 HKT, the server log-in problem has officially been resolved. Everything’s back to normal now, folks! That means all our Founders should now be able to log-in and enjoy the game. We apologize again for the recent technical problems, but we’ve now found the problem and will work hard to ensure that that particular issue won’t happen again.

Sweet. I just found the time to download this game and I was getting worried about the log-in issues. I’m glad they’re fixed.

And the non-working portals are even worse because now I can’t escape from the boars without dying.

I can’t log on now. It says I am already logged on and that it says disconnected from server.

I still CAN’T log on, when I log in it says ‘Disconnect from the server’. This isn’t very professional now that you guys are giving the wrong information! Please hurry up and fix it, it is simply unacceptable.

My friend was able to sign in and make her new character, but I still cannot sign in. WEIRD WEIRD WEIRD. I keep getting an error saying that I am logged on and DC from server.

Mine isn’t working either. It worked fine yesterday but now the server won’t connect and I cannot get into the game at all.

there are a number of us Founders not able to get in the game coz of the
“HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found” error at the AutoUpdate window.

I think the Sanrio team is doing a fantastic job in the amount of time they have been given to fix the problem. I am able to log in but my friend, however, is unable to log in. I am looking forward to the day when everyone is able to share in the fun.

I can’t download the game, the icon for the down load is not showing purple or any other color than gray, and in the corner it says ‘coming soon’, does that mean it has not reached America? Because I’m a founder, and I’ve been very patient but it is getting a bit irritating, please tell me what to do, because I can’t down load the game if it is inactive.

i have this ” HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found ” thing poping out at my patch loading 14%. im sad!
