Update on the Server Issues
Hello again avid readers! If you are one of our Founders, you should now be able to log-in to Hello Kitty Online. However, we are still investigating, running more tests and working on upgrades in order to fully fix the problem. While issues like this are not uncommon to Beta stages, we are still doing our best to make everything as enjoyable as possible for all of you. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Now to unmask the culprit. The number of players who were trying to log-in at the same time even prior to the launch time was overwhelming, and quite a load for our log-in server as well. In fact, despite the server issues, Sanrio Harbor was teeming with players!
We will keep you updated on future developments on this issue. For now, thank you again for your patience, and to those who have made it into the game, welcome to Founders’ Beta!

Hello, thanks for the promise of a wonderful game. I am very excited to play. I am getting “Disconnected from Server” errors and I can’t tell if it because I am doing something wrong or not. Is the username just my short name, ie “Jocaste” or is it something else? Also, if it is because the server is down, maybe you could create a tool to show us that it is down so we don’t try to login.

I keep getting disconnected aswell, I can’t get past the login screen.

It keeps telling me I have the wrong username & pw ( but I don’t) and I was accepted to be a founder.

If anyone hasn’t figured it out yet (took me a while) username is your entire hellokitty email address x@hellokitty.com (or whichever end domain). Hope that helps get people in.

i would like to know how do we actually reports bugs etc… since we are beta testing, how to we report issues/problems/bugs please? and i agree with jocaste above, would be nice if the server/world is currently full or down, perhaps we could get a message saying that, instead of ‘disconnected from server’.
