Hi everyone! Thank you for the positive feedback regarding the packages, and we hope you appreciate them as our gifts to you. Although for those who have emailed and posted regarding their concerns, please know that your messages do not go unnoticed!
As there are some factors in shipping that are beyond our control, we hope you could all bear with these unforeseen circumstances. Rest assured that we want all our Closed Beta testers to experience the game and get the guides in our packages, so please give it until Thursday (24 April 2008). If you have not yet received the packages by then, we will give you instructions on how to get the game via FTP access.
For those who are having installation problems, just let us know and we will contact you as soon as possible.

Also - sorry for the double post - I couldn’t help but notice your phrasing of the sentence:

I’m pretty sure that this is standard backpedaling procedure. I’m also concerned that nothing has been addressed re: the package depicted on Hello Kitty Junkie. I think that your testers are at least worthy of an honest explanation. I know that you might be taking your demographic for granted, and using spin and buzzwords to avoid taking responsibility for your failure to be perfectly clear. Just know that that mindset is a gross misconception of the people involved in making this game great.
I’m going to go ahead and say this: No, I don’t appreciate the software as your gift to me. The software is a necessary component for beta testing the game! Call a spade a spade, and a gift a gift, but don’t call a necessary component a gift, because it’s not. I appreciate that you mailed the software to me, but that was HKO’s choice on how to distribute it in the first place. In fact, I’m fairly certain that many people were lamenting the lack of downloadable software.
My point: It’s not a gift, so don’t mix words around so that later, after you’ve “looked into it” for the testers who have asked where their gifts were, you can say, “The software was the gift!” … That’s just not becoming.
We just want communication! We just want to know: Why did some people get more in their packages than other people? That’s it, that’s all we’re wondering over here. So pretty please, stop putting spin on this and just answer the question.

Vanetti has said it very eloquently and politely. I don’t think any of us would be really offended by whatever explanation you have — we just want to know! It was a letdown to see such a beautiful package and then get something that, while admittedly nice and professional quality, was hardly commemorative of our CB status.

We’re still in Closed Beta; even if you had the game client, you can’t play at the moment, as the server is only accepting specific accounts in.
Once everything is tested and updates are made, I’m sure there will be an open beta and you folks can get to play as well

okay whenever i get it like installed, and then i like find it and then try and run it , it says something about a cr.ll and not being able to find something? what does that mean! i really want to play and cant!
