   I look forward to playing with all who got chosen! For those who didn’t, let’s play together in the fall! ^_^

   Everheart, I think I got picked because of two reasons: my Hello Kitty Pullip and talking about it in the Suburban Senshi chatbox. Remember that even though you might not have been picked for the beta, you haven’t been stopped from playing it in the final version, where it’ll be fresh and bug-free! I’d love it if you would e-mail me so we can keep in contact about the game.

    @ Everheart: I’m so sorry that you didn’t get in!! But to you and all others, I’m sure that you will have soo much fun playing it when it comes out!! I think I got in because my video was really creative and it took me sooo long to make. [= I focused more on telling a story rather than boring Sanrio Digital with a list.

    @ Cathy: I don’t think anyone’s gotten the e-mail yet. Just check out the forums.. people are freaking, haha! It says we will be receiving the e-mail SOON, so soon to them is a day or two. Lol!

    I got my email yesterday afternoon! WOOT! As to what I put in my video…I just told them I LOVE LOVE LOVE Hello Kitty. And it probably didnt hurt that I mentioned that i’ve done beta testing for several other MMO’s and have experience. Also, I dabble in graphic design for Second Life as a hobby.

    I am very mad that I didn’t make it.. I could have given a hardcore gamer’s pro edge on the core mechanics of the game… Oh well. I am now starting a coalition to boycott all Sanrio products with people who have been robbed just like me.

    @ Drukia: It’s ok, you will still be able to play it, besides, you don’t have to face the risk of it harming your computer! You shouldn’t boycott the products just because you didn’t get in, a lot of people didn’t either…

    I made it!!! Yay!!! But, I can’t do it, because they are asking for my address…:( I was soooo excited until I found out, all my work…for nothing. :’( But I am so honored to be even able to get chosen so thank you! I think what got me in was that I mention I made a game, not a big one, but just a text based one so I know some things that could be improved. Also I mentioned my experience with many MMORPGs and that I am a nice gamer. ^_^

    Thank you for seeing the love and heart I put into my video. I honestly did not think I would make the cut. In my heart, I had already won because I had tried. Hello Kitty is a major part of my life. She makes me smile and has stolen my heart. She is my Peter Pan, my Puff the Magic Dragon, the part of my childhood I refuse to leave behind. If I did not win, I was truly going to be over the moon for those who did win. The movie making process was a tremendous amount of fun- I cannot wait to make another. As I always say “Only Sanrio can make an eraser seem like the most magical thing in the world.”

    Odds are more people will be let in before the game goes fully live; this is just the first round of closed beta testing.

    The fact that only 160 people were chosen… that’s a good thing. A small, focused group at the early stages helps the debug process.

    Now let’s hope that all 159 others all put as much effort into this as I’m planning on…

    Woot! I love beta testing! None of the games i’ve tested are nearly as ADORABLE as this one will be! I signed up waaaaaaaaay back in 2004 and had almost given up hope of it ever being released!!

    I got chosen, yay! I sent my response and then a subsequent question about the package to onlinegame[at]hellokitty.com, but I never got a reply to either, and that was three days ago. Do you think they’re just swamped? I’m worried that I didn’t send my reply in time.

    I’m not sure..I believe the email said you had one week to respond. So it would depend when you got your email. I got mine last Tuesday.
