Makes 2 servings
Ingredients
1 lb chicken thighs, skinless, boneless,cut into thin fillet strips
Marinade:
1 tbs light soy sauce
1 tbs Shaoxing Wine
1 tsp sugar
Seasoning:
1 1/2 tbs light soy sauce
1 tbs Shaoxing Wine
1 tbs sugar
2 tbs water
1 tsp cornstarch
Method
1) Marinate chicken fillets with marinade for up to 30 mins.
2) Heat up pan on medium high heat. Add ~5 tbs oil. Shallow fry chicken fillets until they turn golden brown. Drain with paper towel.
3) Heat up a sauce pan over medium heat. Add all seasonings and bring to boil. Cook until sauce thickens.
4) Add chicken fillets into pan, coat evenly and cook for 1 min. Serve.
