Ingredients
250 g pork, sliced thinly
1 tbs sake
Sauce:
1 tbs fresh ginger, peeled and minced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbs mirin
1 tbs dark soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbs sake
1/2 tsp sugar
Method
1) Marinate pork with 1 tbs sake for ~10 mins.
2) Combine all ingredients for the sauce in a bowl.
3) Heat 1/2 tbs canola oil in the pan. Add pork and fry until it changes colour. Add sauce and simmer for ~5 mins. Serve.
