Makes 2 servings


2 bundles dried somen noodles (~7 oz)
4 cups chicken broth
2 tbs mirin
2 tbs soy sauce
2 tbs chopped green onions


1) Boil somen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and wash in water.

2) Boil chicken broth in pot. Add mirin and soy sauce.

3) Put boiled somen in the soup and boil. Serve with chopped green onions sprinkled on top.
