Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds tofu, cut into cubes
Marinade:
1/2 cup hoisin sauce
1/3 cup rice wine/sake
2 tbs soy sauce
1 1/2 tbs minced garlic
1 tsp five spice powder
1 tsp toasted sesame oil
Method
1) Marinate tofu at room temperature for ~1 h.
2) Heat oil in skillet and cook the tofu. Serve.
