A rough run down: 1) Brocolli, Carrots, Meat 2) Cauliflower, Cabbage, Carrot, whatever leafy thing that veg is, mushrooms, baby corn, toufu 3) chicken, fish stomach, brown rice, cherry tomatoes, carrot, little bits of fish, lettuce Yup the first one has broccoli!
