I probably should have heard of it considering I'm Vietnamese. But, also, I've never heard of any of the things on here, lol. I think I would want to try some Halo-halo. It looks like purple ice cream, lol. One 'delicacy' I know is Chè. I can't really explain it except that its delicious. Then there's Cam Flan (i think i'm spelling that right?). Again, I can't explain it (I'm horrible at explaining stuff). But, its YUMMY. But, I like Chè better. I’ve never heard of Balut or Trứng vịt lộn or Hột vịt lộn or whichever one you use. They're actually not shutting down. They've laid off 13 out of the 28 of their US employees.
