Had a pretty short day at work today; 7.15am-1pm. It’s a terrible time though! I am not a morningperson (and by that I mean I hiss at anyone that approaches me before 9am). So the day had a rough start with me waking up (sort of) at 5.30am. I managed to get through it though. Mostly in part, thanks to my friends at Youtube.

Yesterday I uploaded a new video and this morning I had 7 comments from my friends which were all positive and soo sweet. It made it possible for me to smile at work. Actually I smiled all the way there and home to, just thinking of the nice things they said.

Anyways, I got home and fell down on my couch, not able to do anything out of pure tiredness. But now, I feel better. And seeing how I have all afternoon free, I’ll be watching my chat-room. Come in and join me for a couple of minutes, why don’t ya?

I’ve said it before, I would like a way to chat “live” with people here in SanrioTown. Blog comments and Forums are too slow sometimes (eventhough I love those features as well, don’t get me wrong here).

I am waiting for the people of SanrioTown to make a chat or for the game to start (Founders’ Beta common now, hurry up!). But when it comes down to it, I’m too impatient. So, while we wait, I’ve set up my own chat-room for Hello Kitty- (or Sanrio-) fans. You can find it in my “Hello Chat”-page.

EDIT: Ripplecloud said something that made me think in the comments. If you’ve already sent in an e-mail, you probably don’t need to reapply. Since I haven’t heard more “woah, I’m a founder” in Sanriotown I just assumed that they had started over. Cause I thought they’d notify those who’ve already applied first incase they get to play. I don’t know though (either way -_-) but I agree with Ripplecloud that the most logical thing to do would be to start with those who’ve already applied.

And for those of us who’s got their confirmation e-mail already; did you notice what they said over at the mmosite.com-event?
“The game client will be available for download on 6th OCT!“

So we can start to prepare 2 days before it starts. Another thing you could read when reading some more was:
“As a special treat for players, some Sanrio characters may also eventually become your pets.”

You really shouldn’t browse through Ebay before you buy something. You end up finding all kinds of things you want as bad as the thing you were about to buy. I had practically decided to buy the bath robe I’ve written about earlier.

But then I started browsing bags….

When it comes to shopping, my greatest weakness is bags. Everyone knows it. Everyone runs by the bags if I’m with them. Everyone drags me along so I wont get stuck in the bags-section. I love bags!
…and Ebay is filled with bags.

But the one that made me just drop down on the floor, kick and scream “I waaaant it!” was this:

That bag is totally me! Inside and out.
But I don’t need a bag. On the other hand, I don’t really need anything. But I should go with the robe. It’s going to be cold soon and then I can have my robe wrapped around me and just sink into my sofa.
…or I can use a warm sweater and instead I’ll sit and stare at my pretty new bag!
mmm… *hopeless case* -_-

As if impatiently counting down wasn’t enough. The GM’s are dropping hints and teasers that makes your hair curl up in excitement. Of course, you haven’t missed GM Abby’s virtual hug. In the same post she also said:
“It’s gonna be extra fun, I promise. Ask Neverender why. :]”
which of course made everyone run over to GM Neverender’s blog to see if any news was posted there. But nothing happened…

Finally Ripplecloud actually did what Abby had said and went in there to ask Neverender. The answer came quickly (well he did say; “Ask and you ought to receive“):
“what? why is going to be extra fun?
one word, sweeties:
EVENTFUL”

Now if that doesn’t get you bouncing up and down, and don’t know what will.

I know I should go to sleep now, cause I need to get up at 7am and get ready for a 10½ hour shift at work. But I don’t want to. I know that if I go to bed the hours of the night will simply fly by me and suddenly it’s morning and I have to wake up (I hate mornings!).. So I’m staying up just a little while longer.

And anyway, I should check my plurk before I go to bed, right? And my mail.. there might be something in the mail. Oh, and YouTube, maybe someone has posted a comment. And there is probably a new post at the HKO forum…

..it was a while since I checked my Plurk, I’ll just check that before I go to bed. And my mail, yes, I should definatelly check my mail one last time….

I was looking for music for my MP3 on YouTube and stumbled upon an artist I knew nothing about; BoA. Her new single will come out on October 14 and it seems she’ll try to make it in USA now. The new single “Eat You Up” is so far only small teasers, but one person has put all the teasers together and come pretty close to a whole song.

I keep listening to it over and over, and I can’t help but wanna dance everytime I hear it. I’m really looking forward to October 14th when the full single will be released.

I have been looking everywhere for a good countdown widget with a nice Hello Kitty background. I thought it would be more suited for my HKO Founders’ Beta Countdown.

Finally I realised that no such thing existed and I decided to use the one I have, but just edit in my own background image. So now it looks like this:

It’s pretty nice, don’t you think? Also added a little link in my Blogroll to my Countdown, so each day I can see how much longer I have to wait.
