My boyfriend is currently working but not under a contract, so the company could get rid of him any day and not have to pay him a cent for it. So he's very sad right now, b/c as the economy plummets his chances of staying onboard get slimmer. Everyone is going through such difficult times right now, it's absolutely aweful. You sounds like you are a great gf though, so supportive. I find that keeping things light and joyful outside of work for my bf keeps his spirit from being knocked down. Definitely keep doing what you are doing by making things joyful for him outside of work and his spirits will get better.. Best of luck on your creative party!
