Hmmmm…..let’s go ahead and start with January! LOL ^^

January:

2nd: was my 20th Birthday, yay! [but I had to work that day too T-T ] But the manager from my job went and got me a cake and then I came home from work and my cousin made me a cake too! It was awesome!!

17th: got me a SideKick Slide phone [it was freaking expensive! at the time] but my other phone broke and it was a “911″ to have a phone…

31st: the day me and my boyfriend started to date!! [it was uber cute!] We first met in September 2007.

February:

14th: was suppose to be my day off and be with my boyfriend, BUT!! then I  got called in to work! Argh! I was mad but thank God got I got off at 1 p.m. to get ready for my date with me boyfriend. He gave me a huge heart-shaped chocolate chip cookie from Mrs. Field’s saying “I love you” and a bouquet of roses and white carnations. Awww so sweet!! He then gave me a necklace with one angel wing [its meaning will be explained later]

29th: my boyfriend took me to this Japanese restaurant in the Riverside Plaza, which you can only go there with a reservation! Its was really good. But when we were getting seated I fell onto the floor because I slipped [they warned you that the floor slippery and I was wearing heels T-T] and then I ended up with a big bruise on the knee I fell on. Damn that hurt. 

March:

2nd: Went to the Aquarium of the Pacific in Long Beach for another part of our first month my boyfriend and me had together! I had lots of fun. Learning a few more new things about the sea life. [I normally watch the Discovery Channel or the Animal Planet channel now]. Afterwards we then went to the beach for a bit [it was SUPER cold!!!].

It feels really horrible…its the first Christmas I’m going to spend with my boyfriend and I’m sick!!! [whines] I hope I get better enough for the party part…

Just the other day, [Friday, Dec. 19th] I went and finished my Xmas shopping and then got me a little something. Kat Von D lip gloss. I looked at the different shades and then fell in love with one.

And then my boyfriend told me I should get it. Then I did end up buying it  after the sales representative told me that the lip gloss is really good keeps lips moisturized for quite some time. And it does! It was a bit pricey but I think it does its job and it very worth it.

What else can there be in that  title?? LOL I’m kidding, but then again I’m kinda serious. ^-^ How’s your x-mas stuff going?? well here’s mine:

1. Cali [short for California] just got super uber cold!! Its been raining almost every other day.

Yesterday, we just barely got sun. All last week, just clouds and more clouds and then with water.

(here was when I was driving, I hate driving in the rain because people speed even on a rainy day like its a freeway.)

2. Vampires! Oh my! For those of you who are watching Vampire Knight and Vampire Knight Guilty online, so far "Guilty" has 10 episodes out from Japan or now 11. The anime just went further than the manga out here in the U.S. (even further than ShojoBeat; for those of you who are like me subscribed to it) Stuff happened that left my jaw hanging down in shock…crazy! If you would like to watch the anime online visit ZOMGAnime website. This page shows all the Vampire Knight episodes they have.

3. Anyone watches Gossip Girl?? As for me…of course I do!! LOL For those who have been watching it somewhere in the world with me, what do you think is going on with Chuck?? I believe Chuck should be with Blair and when she finally confessed her love to him…he just took off!!! I was crying when this happened. I mean how can you just do that when you been wanting to hear those words? I don’t know, I just cant wait for January 5th, they show more new episodes. Tell me what you think… And if you would like to watch the few last episodes they showed, visit  the CW for the Gossip Girl corner for your liking.

and last #4. X-mas…its creeping up on us very fast! I just finished my shopping list yesterday. Thank God! LOL I have been getting really busy. Went to take xmas pictures with my boyfriend, then sent those out as X-mas cards for both of our families. I got presents for my sister, my brother, penpal, 2 of my closest friends, and my boyfriend. Hopefully everyone likes their presents (they better dammit!! Or I’mma kill them LOL). Just hope everythings good for that day.

Well its November now. LOL So far its going good. Yesterday, Halloween was alright it was my month-anniversary thing. We have 9 months together now and still going strong.^-^

But soon I have to go back to school…cuz finding a job is being a “female dog.” Plus, the weather out here in California is being a bit weird should I say. Its been really cloudy lately and windy. I just want it to be cold already.

Halloween was alright because I hung out with my bf and my friend Erica. We had fun. The day before we went to RCC [riverside community college] for their Halloween dance. It was really cool. I had thought that many things wouldn’t have changed by the time you really grow up. Obviously I was wrong. Completely wrong. Sickness was always cured with mom’s remedies and love. Dad’s strength helped you to keep trying or open the jar of strawberry jam. Especially, when you make your famous PB&J’s.

   Then time comes around when you become old enough to realize you have to do all this stuff. Like paying bills and having a job and going to college. Maybe you get married, maybe have kids, maybe move to a different country, and even maybe never do those things and become famous! LOL but lets get serious….

     When I really was young…I have always imagine that my father was this tall and strong man that nothing wrong could happen to him. Honestly, it came to where I believed my dad like Superman. Nothing can stand in the way of Superman, right?? With the child in me, it still believed that until I got the news that I couldn’t believe my ears. My dad was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes and Prostate cancer. Both at the same time. Never thought it had happened to be true. Deep inside and as the oldest daughter, its very hard on me right now to be the strong one for my younger brother and sister. But I’ll try…

Awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww!!! I cant wait anymore!!!! My boyfriend and I wanna get a pet. I have had pets before but he hasn’t. So both of us are really excited!!!!! ^-^  LOL

Well, at first we wanted a dog. But we don’t have our own place yet. So we think having a bird would be ok. And YUP as you can see…want a parakeet!!! I have had a few before and I really want one now!!!

Just the way they are small and colorful they’re they’re…JUST SO CUTE!!!!!! I love these kind of birds. If I could really choose what kind of bird I really wanted….it would illegal but I would love to have one…a penguin. A small fat one! LOL Or even a peacock! I know people do have pet peacocks but like in a ranch-like place though.

            Well, soon as we get him [yes I want a boy parakeet] and he has been added to the family…he’ll be up on my blog!!!

Well, the title says it all. I miss it now.

Why does it have to be like this?????? Awwwww….

Anyway, I a whole bunch of stuff!!! I got shirts for the max $5! I stocked up on stationary like crazy and bought kitty hats too!!

I even got this artist to draw me on an Otaku I.D. Badge! It was cool. I bought a panda hat too!! Hehehe shopping there was great…

Yes, I cosplayed like I have mentioned before it was super fun!!! LOL here its is….

Here I am…LOL I had lots of fun that I wished it never ended. There was many cosplayers and they were amazing! This year I couldn’t tell what was the most popular cosplay because there was a little bit of everything there. It was awesome though!!

   Now I been thinking what the heck am I going to cosplay next year. Oh well. For those of you did go did you have fun??? let me know!!! ^-^

Konnichiwa!!! Haha! Now its 2 days until Anime Expo! How awesome is that??? well………

Its been kinda all chaos!!! Just bought all kinds of snacks and bottles of water. Dusted a suit case. Started packing. I still need to make sure I cut my hair to where its suppose to be and dye it once again. Take all the money out of my savings into my checking account. Pick up little bro. [Inhales deeply] AND……………………………just too much to do. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!

Lately, it been really hot out here!! Then out in my job we had 2 days that the A/C was out!! My uniform was all sticking to me and it didn’t feel oh-so-great….

Then the A/C went out in my grandma’s house [where I live] and I just had to get out! LOL it felt like she had the heater on! but yeah that’s how its out here in California. Hehehe. ^O^;;;;;;

I used to take Japanese classes in college. But I only took Japanese 1 & 2 and the about a month of Japanese 3. Now that I’m about to Anime expo VERY and VERY soon!! I feel I should practice my Japanese because last year I was barely carry a Japanese conversation with an artist that was there drawing a few drawings for me at the Copic Marker booth. [sighs].

But with Anime Expo sooooooooooo close, everything is made for us to go. But now the only thing we can do is just wait forever which is what it feels like. Well hopefully I can re-learn everything with enough time!! LOL

As the title says….I have already put my 2 week notice last Friday. Because with Anime Expo just around the corner, they wouldn’t let me get that time off. So, I decided to quit because of that and due to the fact that I wanted to leave there anyway. I have always complained about my job and its my first job, so its only a stepping stone to starting on how the world that we live in works. I believe that somewhere deep down inside me I am going to miss Del Taco. LOL. But then in a way I’m not. LOL!!! oh well…hehehe!

P.S. Expo is almost here!!!

[sighs]…..Yes, it just about to be 2 years exactly that I have graduated. Almost all around me everyone is graduating in some way. My sister is getting promoted from 6th grade to 7th and so is my boyfriend’s cousin. My co-workers are, well some of them. Gosh!!! It just gets me all whelmed up in tears about mine….it was amazing feeling. If any one asked me, “Would you do high school all over again??” Immediately I would say, “Heck yes!!! Over and Over again!!”

Here is my picture of my Senior dance crew. It was all went too fast for me. 4 years went slipping through my fingers like nothing. I miss everyone. But in the world we live in is all about the survival of the fittest . Or is it??

          Sometimes when I hear some of my younger co-workers saying they want to go to school and just drop out…it makes me sad because less and less people are graduating. They don’t even realize they have real good. I think they are only working to get a bit of extra cash on them to go out and stuff, but me on the other hand….I’m stuck paying damn bills ’til I die!!! LOL Who isn’t?

       Anyway, I just hope people realize it aint fun once you out of school. Call me childish, but when back when I barely began high school…I told myself to in school forever so that I didn’t have to face the real world. Obviously that didn’t work. [sighs] I do wish I was back in high school though.

Damn….I’m sick and it really sucks!!

Like the picture said its just one of those days. LOL I’m sick and on my monthly .period. >_<;;;  it just sucks. Arghhhh!!!! My lovely and only boyfriend has been taking care of me [don’t know how when he’s playing his videos games] I’m kidding LOL he is playing them but if I need anything he did it or get for me.  I love him and all I need is his love and care…to feel better. Yup you heard right- or read right. LOL Certain theatres are going to be playing the Japanese live movie of Death Note! Trust me its AWESOME!!

The first time I saw it was last summer at Anime Expo 2007. Super cool! If you have seen the anime and read the manga its just a short version of it. The way this movie ends…it has a 2nd movie to it. But the actors are pretty damn good!

        So, if you really have enjoyed either the manga or the anime, its worth seeing this movie. Or even if you just heard of it or just plain curious…go see it!!

       I really hope you have fun and don’t regret of not going to go and watch it [if you were able to]. If you have the chance go and watch it.

Holy smokin’ freakin’ crap!!!!!

Last year was super awesome, but I think it could have been better. LOL. This year its going to the super best! Because my boyfriend and I are going to cosplay as characters from Vampire Knight. Yay! its going to be so cool! ^-^   I’m going to be Yuki and my boyfriend is going to be Zero.

Like the picture shows. Hehehe! But today I am at my mother’s house [for about my previous entry I got over it] because she said that she would help me fix my cosplay costume for some final touches. Hopefully before expo I will have the finale pictures! Hehe.

        Yup, Anime Expo is just around the corner. I got the hotel covered, expenses covered, stuff needed for my cosplay outfit covered, and plans made out. I guess its just that as closer it gets the more I freak out LOL.

Have any of your parents ever made you super upset?? Who hasn’t!!!? [sighs].

          Long story short. My mother left myself and younger brother and sister. I was only 11 when this happened. Then my parents actually divorced when I was 15. All this time even now that I am 20 years old, I had to figure out many things on my own. I have fell flat many times on my face and got back up. Now that I am trying to make my own life [like I have been all this time], my mother wants to put her 2 cents every time! Especially, in my personal relationships.

        Just now, my mother found out I have been sleeping over at my boyfriend’s house every now and then. Its only been twice! She wanted to call me up acting like I’m a damn child and tell me what’s right and what’s wrong. I mean I’m 20 I’ve made my share of mistakes and know how to take care of myself. All those years she wasn’t there for me, now she wants to be my mother that should have been way back when. The times when a young growing little girl needed her mother to teach her the things to look out for in life. That’s when she should have been my mother.

Yesterday, [Friday, April 25th] my boyfriend took me to go out and eat sushi. We have gone a couple of times and had great times. The place we go is really great. Its super close on pretty much being a “sushi club” LOL. Why? you asked. They play music that you would hear at a club, there’s a bar area, and just how much fun you can have by going there. ^-^

    I really enjoy going. Its not just sushi that they serve. They serve other Japanese dishes. Which is so awesome to me! Hehe…I mean we [my boyfriend and I] choose the “all you can eat” and we eat until we’re stuff! LOL.

Obviously, there are many kinds of ways making it and types. That’s why when you choose the “all you can eat” its hard to choose because you don’t wanna get full too fast.

The place we go is called Joe’s Sushi. Its very nice and amazing! Many people go there for birthdays and other reasons. We have went on Valentine’s Day and it was really crowded. >-<; Plus, you cant make reservations, its all first-come-first-serve! So it can get really busy in there. But it becomes worth it. [giggles].

Here are 3 of my very favorite kinds of sushi from there. The one in the picture to the right is called the “Volcano.” It comes in a four piece square and its served warm. [sorry the chopsticks got in the way].

The second one here, is called the “Golden California.” Golden due to the fact the rice is toasted. And let me tell you…it is sooooooooooo delicious!!! That sauce that is poured on top of it is amazing! This one is also served warm and sometimes even too warm. LOL.

And here is Albacore. All it is, a slice of albacore placed over a roll of rice  and topped off the way you see it here. The sauce it has a bit of some spices, but that what its makes it super good. Plus, this one is served in a bit of coldness I would say.

LOL. Food is good in every way it comes in served and cooked.

Well, for starters…its simple. My real and birth name is Amanda. LOL. Seriously. Though.

     Ever since I was little, my mom’s co-workers would call me that. Sometimes even my own mother. From there and time to time I was called Panda. LOL.

    It doesn’t really bother me whatsoever. My co-workers sometimes call me that. Very close friends do also. Some times it makes me laugh when I realized people actually call me Panda like a normal name at some points. [laughs.] Its just funny, but I like it.

     But then why a ninja, right?? LOL. Well, because my mother has also called me a creature of the night. I mean come on!! I was born during night time what else do you want me to be doing?? LOL. Just kidding. But some times I really am a night owl- or in this case panda. Plus, I really like ninjas [yeah I have been watching the anime show Naruto]. And thats how the name came about. Hehehe. ^-^
