Starts with “meat” and ends with “loaf”

Yeah that’s right: Meatloaf. Now don’t get me wrong, all of you americans reading this may don’t be surprised by such a common thing but outside the U.S meatloaf is scarcely sold, scarcely found and scarcely cooked. I have 20 years and this is the first time i’ve actually made one for dinner (go, figure). Personally i don’t understand why people around here doesn’t like it that much; is cheap, easy to prepare, quick, tasty and a small quantity of meat along with breadcrumbs is enough for many servings.
Good thing i haven’t seen Sweetney Todd (only a few parts) i wouldn’t want to ruin the feeling of getting this out the oven any time soon :)
