The princess of Kinmoku who escaped to earth when Sailor Galaxia attacked, Princess Kakyuu is said to smell of sweet osmanthus, which is the recurring motif of her design. There are different versions with regards to her storyline in the anime and manga, but she is similar to Sailor Moon as she also has her own senshi, the Sailor Starlights.

The cosplayer looks like a doll in this photo. I’m guessing proper make-up and lighting gave that effect. Beautiful work!

A character that only appeared in the manga, Sailor Cosmos is said to be the ultimate form of Sailor Moon. She comes from the future as an infant named “Chibi-Chibi” to encourage Usagi to defeat Chaos in the final battle. She initially wanted to destroy the Galaxy Cauldron altogether, but Sailor Moon protests when she realized no stars will be born if the Cauldron is destroyed. Sailor Moon’s sacrifice reminded her of the strength and courage she needed, returning to the future with renewed hope.

Beautiful cosplay! I always thought she was far more beautiful than Sailor Moon. Then again, she and Sailor Moon may be one and the same. What do you guys think?

Also known as the “Outer Senshi”, Sailor Uranus, Sailor Pluto, and Sailor Neptune form a secondary group, along with Sailor Saturn. Previously, all of them preferred to work alone, but Sailor Uranus was able to trust Sailor Neptune and Sailor Pluto after fighting along side with them.

Sailor Pluto is known as the Guardian of Time, while Sailor Neptune is the Soldier of Ocean, and Sailor Uranus is the Soldier of the Sky.

I’m not even sure if they are cosplayers or the official cast of the musical, but they are very pretty. Thanks to Soyoungim for the photo!

My apologies for the lack of updates lately. It seems that there have been some hot-linking of images in Cosplay Holic, and I had to change image servers. I’m still in the process of migrating images so it will take up a lot of time.

However, I’ve also been able to find some beautiful cosplays. This one of Princess Serenity, for example. Her  dress is really well made and the materials used are just perfect for the Moon Princess.

Although I must admit, it does lack the sleeve, but nevertheless, still a fitting rival for the previous cosplayer I’ve posted. Excellent work!

After being reborn thanks to the power of Sailor Moon, Sailor Saturn (aka Tomoe Hotaru) becomes adopted and cared for by Teno Haruka and Kaioh Michiru as well as Meioh Setsuna. As a toddler, Hotaru had a habit of calling Sailor Uranus, "Hakura-papa" even though she is actually female. Similarly, Hotaru called her other two guardians as "Michiru-mama" and "Setsuna-mama".

The most independent among the Sailor Senshi, Makoto is among the tallest girls in the group, an unusual trait to which she is often teased about. In the beginning of the series, she transfers to Azabu Juban Junior High, Usagi’s school, and she is allowed by the school administration to wear her previous school’s uniform since they couldn’t provide her with a uniform her size.

Despite being tomboyish and physically strong, Makoto is actually very gentle and loves to cook and do gardening. One of her signature looks is her rose earrings, which she retains even after transforming into Sailor Jupiter.

A cute and simple cosplay. I really like Makoto’s uniform as compared to the other characters. She does Makoto justice, good job!

The “Miss Congeniality” of the Sailor Senshi, Kaioh Michiru, whom is commonly referred as Sailor Neptune is a polite, calm, and sophisticated person who is very intelligent and gifted in art and music. She is often seen along side Teno Haruka (Sailor Uranus) to which several controversies have sprung from.

It’s been a while since I’ve seen pretty Senshi cosplayers. I’ve only got to see a couple of episodes of Sailormoon S, but I heard it was the best of the series. Anyway, great work on this! I really like her wig and eyes. It’s quite perfect, don’t you think?
