Vocaloid 2: Hatsune Miku 02
From a music synthesizer to various appearances in anime, manga, and games, Hatsune Miku has won the hearts of many and fulfilled the dreams of hopeful composers.
Her voice comes from actual samplings by Fujita Saki, a voice actress in Japan. And because of Miku’s popularity, a Playstation Portable game known as “Hatsune Miku: Project Diva” will be released later this year.
She makes a pretty cute Miku. If anyone has any idea who this is or where this picture was from, please do let me know so that I can properly credit this photo and the cosplayer!

Judging from the surroundings, it was taken during the last Comiket. Was there and saw the same girl. Dunno who she is though.
