I have no idea where this cosplay is from, but I really like how the character looks so… blue!
Definitely someone people will recognize… I think? I really have no idea at this point, so a little help would be greatly appreciated!

I’m pretty sure this is Sinbad from Kamikaze Jeanne, looking at the headband especially. Love his blue-ness
