Sailor Moon S: Sailor Saturn 02
After being reborn thanks to the power of Sailor Moon, Sailor Saturn (aka Tomoe Hotaru) becomes adopted and cared for by Teno Haruka and Kaioh Michiru as well as Meioh Setsuna. As a toddler, Hotaru had a habit of calling Sailor Uranus, "Hakura-papa" even though she is actually female. Similarly, Hotaru called her other two guardians as "Michiru-mama" and "Setsuna-mama".
