I have no idea where this character is from, at all. I think it’s something from a more recent anime series… And I haven’t been watching any new ones lately. But maybe you guys have a better idea with the marks on the cosplayer’s face and the ring?

I agree… Good wigs are hard to find these days.

I don’t know about the tattoo but the rings are the symbol for what ‘power’ in the family they have. There are a few rings -since in the manga, the rings are used to open ‘box weapons’- such as storm ring, sky ring, etc. xD I’m totally digging info out of my head so it might not be completely correct. Nice blog by the way. xD -continue searching for Kanda and Hiei cosplays-
