Bleach: Ishida Uryuu
Remember what I said about Filipinoes cosplaying really well?
Well, this is a good opportunity to introduce Jin, a cosplayer that rivals even Philippine Idol Alodia.
Jin is apparently from the Philippines, but the cosplaying is on the same class as the really good Japanese ones most people practically worship. This is a really nice cosplay of Ishida Uryuu from Bleach. I’m not sure if it’s the lighting or the photography, but it looks really good!

I don’t know… This image of Jin is too deceiving… I think a lot of people got confused.

Ah, apparently people all over the world are confused about Jin’s gender. Actually, Jin is a guy. Although he does have a female twin with whom he used to share a deviantART account. She now has her own account, though. (You might want to go see it. She’s a good cosplayer, too. ^^v)
What makes people confused about this cosplayer’s gender is the fact that he and his twin both go by the name Jin. The guy’s Kenjin, the girl’s Nejin. Shortened, they’re both just Jin. Ne? 8D
I’m quite sure about this conclusion since I’ve done some research *ahemahemstalkingahem*, but the confusion’s still making me have doubts. Maybe you’d, um, want to go check it out for yourself, too? ^^;
On a non-gender related note, I prefer Jin over Alodia. I guess it’s Jin’s group’s closeness with each other that makes their cosplays really charming, even inspirational.

Who cares about gender, anyway?! Jin’s good, and whether he/she’s a he/she, that wouldn’t change, right? Let’s just drop that issue and focus on his/her talent.
(Personally, though, I still say Jin’s female. No kidding.)

haha your actually wrong. If you look at their gallery and Jinny’s(Nejin’s) multiply, you’ll see picture of her and her twin brother. Nejin, infact does has a twin brother who cosplays for all the guy characters. Kenjin’s(twin brother) account on DA is behindinfinity while Nejin’s DA account in ceruleanmorning.
I hope this clears this up, as well as Kenjin and Nejin actually planned to keep their twincest pictures away from Public so that’s where the confusion mainly comes from.*sweatdrop*

Nejin~sama just made up the twin story. There is no twin. She’s a girl. If you only looked at her deviantart, then it would really seem to you that she had a twin.

I forgot which convention it was, but if you went there, you would see the two of them at the same time. One cosplaying Sakura, the other Naruto. So it’s impossible that they’re making it up. ~__~

No, they really are only one person, and Jin cleared this up on the CeruleanMorning account. They were never at a convention at the exact same time. At Fanime, you will notice they were never taken in a picture together. In another con, Jin was present as Sakura but China was Naruto.

It’s incredible how many people have been deceived by Jin. Jin is a girl. And she has no twin. It’s a lie, for whatever reason, I do not know in detail. Those photos of “the two twins together” are fake, manipulated in photoshop. Seriously, guys, she’s in an art school and knows how to edit very well in Photoshop. Her latest shoot has an altered photo with multiple Narutos (performing Kage no Bunshin) that are all her. It can be done. I’ve met her, too, and spoken with her (at two cons in the Philippines). I know that she’s a girl. She even said as much to me. I know she doesn’t approve of people who actually know the truth to state as much, but it irks me when I see people in the dark. It really does. So sorry, Jin, but it really needs to be cleared. I respect you, tons, but this saddens me. You have a good heart, be brave and let people know. Stop the lies. You’ve gone too far, yes, but for everything that you stand for, you must take the fall eventually without running away. I hope you come across this, somehow. Private calls amount to nothing.

Gaaah. I thought for sure they were tiwns?! Especially with the whole twins holding the apple thing? Remember that picture? Hmm if it’s really just one person, I don’t get why she hides it? It’s not like she’s losing or gaining anything. o.O In the latest photos, China plays Sakua and Jin plays Naruto so I guess it’s really just one person. Oh well. She’s still an exceptional cosplayer nonetheless.

Well, the fact is Jin is a girl. Kenjin and Nejin haven’t came to any convention together, they haven’t took any picture together. Well, those pics are photoshopped, after all. If you really want to know, don’t stalk her because it’s really hard (she has blocked her multiply account for non-friends). Go stalk her friends anywhere, and you can find the truth!^^
Tip from me: I searched “ceruleanmorning” on my search engine and found many facts. You may find that “Nejin” is a girl, but you’ll also find that Jin is actually a girl named Kenjin. Well, I didn’t find anything about “twin brother” -_-;;

There has never been a convention where the “two twins” have been present. I have been to many of them. That, and I KNOW Jin is female. She has A LOT of people fooled on dA, even a few at the Philippines–crazy. Photo manipulation does wonders. You have to understand that Jin projects herself as a male in her dA journals and deviations and avoids all questions concerning her gender. That’s what she wants. I can’t understand why. She should stop, considering how popular she is. If you look, you can find clues all over the net. It’s frustrating to see people say, “No, Jin is a guy. He has a twin, her name is Nejin!” Sure, that’s totally true. I have gotten into arguments with friends in the U.S.A. over this. I live in the Philippines and have gone to school with her! I KNOW Jin’s female. Either way, too many people are being deceived, and Jin won’t do a damn thing about it. >.

china and jin looks the same especially when cosplaying as naruto. no 2 jin came at any cons… its either jin cosplaying as naruto, china as sakura or jin cosplaying as sakura and china as naruto. nejin and jin are not twin, same person.jin probably use binders to hide her chest.most filipino crossdressers do that.

Jin is a girl and has no twin. In one of her deviation, She replied (ITS NOT EXACTLY WHAT SHE SAID) “Most of the people in online communities knows me as Nejin” and again, (im not really stalking at all, i need to know the truth) in ~ceruleanmorning DA Account, i found her comment on her own DA and this is what it says (NOW, THIS IS EXACT, I’LL JUST GET THE IMPORTANT LINE) “I have a brother, but we’re not twins”
See? If Jin says that she has a twin named Nejin, then WHY THIS NEJIN denies that they’re not twins??
Sometimes, China mentions Jin as “SHE”. I also reached the last page of comments in ~ceruleanmorning DA Account. And a friend commented that (ITS IN FILIPINO, I TRANSLATED IT) “Another Account
” then ~ceruleanmorning DA Account replied (TRANSLATED AGAIN) “There’s a commotion on the other O_o”
Im a great fan of Jin and the Tuxedo Team. I have respect for them.
I just wanna share and know the truth.

I’ll answer the above post. To conceal herself that she’s a girl.
Or another reason, I might be wrong.
But yes, she IS a girl.
Before she blocked her multiply account, I saw many of her photos as herself with her friends, not cosplay photos. Photos from high schools, to college life, to parties.
I can tell you everything about what’s in the photos, but it’s best to keep it silent, since it’s confidential to her and I’ve no right to tell the story.
There is NO twin. Not from what her journal says in DA, nor in the photos.
She is her as herself.
Try to look up her cosplay photos in her DA journal. Some are linked to ceruleanmorning’s photobucket. But both flickr and photobucket account has been blocked.

Eh? I never outrightly say what my gender is so I never said I was a boy. No lying done. It’s just that this is my crossplay account for male characters, and ~ceruleanmorning is my cosplay account for girl characters so that the pictures are organized in different galleries. Personal preference is all. The twin thing is just a joke my friends like to make. They think it’s fun. But I like to stay ambiguous because it gives me the feeling that people aren’t invading my personal space. When they get to know me better, I let them get closer. And everyone from my country knows my real gender because I hang out with people during conventions so it’s no big secret, really. If it were then I wouldn’t show my face at events, haha. I just like to keep the people who know at a minimum because that creates a somewhat special bond between us.

Jin is man ¬¬ Nejin is another person =) Jin and Miguel are blood brother. when it comes to costumes from Naruto when he is Naruto, Miguel always the Sasuke and Nejin Sakura is always =D say this because I know they really okay? well … they know the orkut but still have the opportunity to know them personally xD
