On my way to work today, I saw that the lamp posts on the road were decorated with the Philippine flag. Seeing the flags against the clear blue sky, I realized that even though the inflation rate is predicted to be up to double figures this coming months, even though there were MMDAs at every corner preying on innocent drivers, even though there is poverty and beggars on the streets, it is still good to be living in a free country. Cliche, I know, but we can all still do something make this a better country.
