W-O-W!  Delayed reaction actually…because I wasn’t able to go around and have my own taste test time :(  I was busy attending to “special concerns” because my email @diaz.ph was down when almost all of the people were sending me their deposit information!

Anyway,  I had a nice time eating this at home :)  The recipe was just simple…I think..soy sauce…a little sugar….pepper…what else?…

I didn’t follow the cooking directions because I didn’t want anymore OIL. Didn’t you see the FAT on the angus meat?  Choose the lesser evil.  But cooking it in oil and drying up the sauce is also great tasting!  It would also be good if this was spiced up!  HB would sweatingly love this! hehehe
