Magical Experience at Sofitel! Feel the Christmas air…
HB decided to sleep over at Sofitel just this week. I would’ve enjoyed this if I were less stress! So much to do with little time and limited hands. But this cannot be postponed for HB has something planned.
We were asked if we wanted a nice scenery outside our room. Luck was on our side because we were able to get a room with this scenery and also a joint bed! (No kingsized bed available, Sofitel was fully booked for the night!)
…the swimming pool! AD was excited to swim already though I was not looking forward to it because JX has colds so it would be sad to see him not enjoying the water with his older brother.
Their vanity kit…it was a nice change to see branded shampoos/ conditioners even if it didn’t ring a bell to me.
Good thing, JX was able to play for a while at the playground. I was surprised to see JX do this kind of sliding on his own. AD was not around for JX to follow him. Uh-oh, JX is getting all grown up so fast! I have to make sure I spend quality time with him…hug and kisssing time! 
BREAKFAST time!
HB saw this…papaya smoothie…it was a nice to taste papaya again..I’m not fond of this fruit but need it badly….it had just the bitter taste but other than that, this was good! I didn’t finish it though….
I liked their hazelnut yoghurt! HB didnt take a photo of it but it taste good!!!!
I miss their freshly baked choco chip! 
AD loved this part of the buffet…gummi bears…AD attack! He had several trips to this area.
Even with this pancake, there’s some gummi bears on the side.
oH, what a breakfast! 
My only regret was that we weren’t able to get the ACCOR Membership club way ahead of time. We had planned this months ago but going there was not always part of the itinerary or HB was always in a hurry to go somewhere else instead of getting registered! One thing I also noticed was that they only operate on regular hours. Oh well, I guess it is a sign that this membership was not really for us even if it wold mean a 50% off on Spiral buffet and some percentage off on room rates etc.
At least I think the kids enjoyed their overnight stay at the Sofitel. AD didn’t want to go home and would like to stay for a few more nights…and I know why…because he was able to watch TV there!
So, where’s our next stay?….somewhere far….Yes, we need a vacation from this vacation!!!!
