Raita (P90 +10% sc). Fresh Yogurt with minced cucumber.
MIL ordered this but she shared her cold soup. At first, it was weird sipping cold soup but after a while, you get used to it…it just like drinking yoghurt with cucumber strips. Better share this with someone than having this jut for yourself. Sharing is caring.
Spinach and Feta Cheese Dip (P180 +10% sc). Homemade dip served with crispy Pita bread.
AD loved this…didn’t have a chance tasting this. AD is now wanting all the yummy food to himself.
Garlic Butter Naan (P65 +10% sc). Traditional leavened Tandoor bread with garlic.
AD and JX kept on eating this until it was gone….
Punjab Mutton Curry (P400 +10% sc). Pieces of juicy mutton cooked with onions, tomatoes and spices
I was not happy with this….compared it with the lamb curry I had the 1st time we dined here. Not value for money too because there were only slices of mutton.
Veggie Meat Kebab (P250 +10% sc). For the veggie lovers - chunks of soy meat marinated in yogurt, garlic and spices. Cooked over the tandoor to give that juicy, mouthwatering flavor.
This reminded me of the veggie meat BBQ I buy from Legaspi Market. Kids loved it. AD loved this except for the spiciness of the veggie meat.
Lady Finger Masala (P250 +10% sc). Lady Fingers (okra) sauteed with onions, tomatoes, herbs and spices.
Boring dish for my MIL. I didn’t bother tasting this….too green….not attractive….
Baklava (P150 +10% sc). Middle Eastern filo pastry dessert with nuts dipped in honey.
Too nutty….had a hard time eating this but eventually, nothing was left.
I would still want to try their other dishes…but not too soon this time….maybe it’s your time.
