Another QC adventure for us but this would be the last Saturday food trip adventure for us because going here and back to our place is such a waste of time!  Sunday would be a better time to do this and hopefully, queue line would not be long since Sunday would always be a family day for us, Filipinos to eat out.

Hoppers (P299 +10%sc). Sauteed five spiced frog legs. Served with spicy salt, ginger, green onions, garlic chips and chili slices.

AD thought this was chicken.  He liked it except for some spicy ones.  This was okay.  They included a spiced salt like the one you put when eating pigeon but I prefer to eat it with no sauce at all since these frog legs are already marinated.

Celsius Tuna Taster (P225 +10%sc). Fresh tuna loin two ways: pepper-crusted and pan-seared meets chopped and marinated kinilaw served with arugula relish tossed in Asian dressing and crispy garlic chips.

Can’t eat this so let HB be the judge and my parents.  Looks good, reminded me of the dinner we had at Chef Bruce’s place!  But oh!  We had mixed tuna and salmon at Bruce’s!

Simmered leg of kambing “Ghoulash” served with garlic croutons garnished with Asian Pesto (P150 +10%sc).

Salty for its tasty…Didn’t really taste the kambing and the asian pesto….you can notice that they have fusion dishes here….HB told me that serving fusion dishes are not the IN thing anymore so why go into this business?  Hmmm….that I do not know, just hope they survive!

Chorizo and Spinach Stuffed Chicken (P395+10%sc). Seasoned chicken breast stuffed with chorizo bilbao, cream cheese, and spinach served with wild mushroom cream sauce, cassoulet of vegetables and grilled red pepper coulis.

What made this a hit? Because of the cream they put!  Cream cheese, cream sauce!  Naku!  That did it!  Yikes!  This was good but didn’t get to taste the minimal chorizo bilbao….

Corn and Cheese Agnolotti (P395+10%sc). Pillows of fresh pasta stuffed with roasted corn, kesong puti, and brunoise of roasted pepper, in bacon garlic cream with crispy pumpkin flowers and roasted cherry tomatoes.

The kids loved this!  Who wouldn’t?  This is a good way to hide vegetables!  Sarap!  Creamy!  Once again, heavy on the stomach and heavy on the calories.  Kinda heavy on the pocket too!  I may be full in eating this alone but it would not really satisfy me because I’m a rice person.  Kulang ito sa akin!

Celsius Baboy (P395+10%sc). Duo of pork: Indonesian braised liempo with southwestern barbecue back ribs. Served over kani-slaw.

The BBQ back ribs was okay but was not falling off the bones :(…I wasn’t able to taste the braised liempo…I liked the spiciness of the kani-slaw but the kani strips were barely seen.

Chorizo fried rice (P80+10%sc). Smoked bacon, chorizo bilbao, scrambled eggs and black pepper.

I was not in the right mind, I should’ve ordered plain rice.  I feel I wouldn’t really get the taste of the dishes we order if the rice has its own flavor.  It’s like ordering another dish.  Not a fan…plain rice please!

They served us compli bread but was hoping we could have refills but they charge you for P10/bread.  Of course, I don’t order even if AD wants more.  Why not give it for free?
