For non-BPI cardholders, you have to pay P50 and pay your purchases with cash. That’s the downside if you are a Citibank or AMEX credit cardholder. You pay cash but then, at least, you do not have to worry about your next month’s credit card billing statement because you’ve paid it in cold cash!
