Paa (Chicken Legs with Thigh) P85.

I love chicken paa!  Never mind that the chicken thigh is the lesser evil, I still love to eat the paa!  The meat was not that tender since the chicken was half cooked, nevertheless, the chicken was still with flavor. Maybe we can request the staff to have the chicken that is cooked from its raw form. But of course, you just have to wait longer…worth the wait don;t you think?  Meat hot, juicy and tender while eating it with your plain or garlic rice…uhmmm….

Just had to order this soup for JX…The meat was tender, good enough for me..Drawback: it was just oily for us.

At least, Bacolod Chicken along Jupiter St. in Makati now has a competition but if you are willing to go an extra mile or two, try Bacolod Chicken House Express.
