Sugar cookies is what I call them…
Belgian Chocolate Bliss cookies is what Rocci call them. Once you bite on this, you’ll feel the texture of the sugar. It’s like eating the raw sugar with chocolate flavor. But you know what, I liked the way it melts in your mouth as you suck it. And the Belgian chocolate is the best combination for this cookie. It easily melts too! The best sugar cookies I tasted was from Ikea. My sister let me have the first bite and now, I’m hooked. Its big round shape with sugary texture was unforgettable, pair it with milk, doubly unforgettable! Actually, I really don’t know what they call it there. When my friend, M, went there a year/s ago, I asked her to buy one for me and I only described it to her. Yet, she was able to buy it for me but still, I don’t know what the name of the cookie. Anyway, from my first taste of the cookie, I found out that Pepperridge Farm cookies also have this kind variant. Now, I still do not know this cookie’s name but it doesn’t matter because I’ll know it when I see its package in the supermarket. But still, Ikea’s cookies are the best, crunchy with sugary texture and BIG (hindi bitin, just enough)!

Hi there!
So, have you thought of your favorite cereal?
Mine’s this….
Kelloggs Corn Pops! This was one of my must-have food to go with our daily boring unsweetened oatmeal during breakfast time when we were growing up. It didn’t matter when I had the most oatmeal on my bowl as long as we have a box of Corn Pops. Without it, our siblings would have so many reasons why we can’t eat the oatmeal — going to be late for school, not feeling well to eat it, and what not…you know how teenagers think just to escape something. We’d even make excuse just to munch on these anytime of the day or even outwit each other on how we can get our hands on the Corn Pops. No doubt, by the end of the day, the box of Kelloggs Corn Pops can be seen in the trash can or maybe you’ll be lucky to even get a glimpse of it.
What about you? What do you put together with your cereal? Share a little bit of yourself and get the chance to win one-P300 Gift Certificate from…
HERE’S HOW TO WIN:
HB and AD’s bonding time spells A-D-V-E-N-T-U-R-E! Nothing can stop the duo from going out so it was a good thing that Manila Ocean Park is an indoor park.
How time flies that my 2 boys can now go out without me! I was at first envious but of course, I had to understand the situation so I was fine with it. They need time to be with each other without female intervention. I’m sure they had a lot of fun because there was no female voice nagging them on what not to do and eat. They just did what they wanted to do.
Whenever AD comes home from anywhere with his Poppa or grandparents, I would ask what he did and what he ate. And this was what he said after coming home from MOP, “Chocolates.” What?! That was all you ate? AD mentioned other food but the word, chocolate stuck in my mind. Hmmm…..That’s why I am also always hesitant to let them leave without me…Unstoppable AD.
The chocolate fondue caught my AD’s chinky eyes. Here’s HB’s excuse for eating buffet….AD saw the chocolate fountain and immediately wanted to go for it. The chocolate fountain was part of the buffet and so 1+1=2, they went for the buffet and AD (and my HB) got what he wanted.
That’s my short story….the adventures of my 2 boys….can’t wait for them to be my 3 boys’ adventure…but that would mean me being ALONE. Argh! or Yehey? I’m sure it would also be mixed emotions…
