A special event that features Chef Ed Quimson’s cooking.  The event showcase his favorite dishes cooked regularly at their home by his Grandma.    These dishes will be shared to you thru Mandarin’s Pasos del Tiempo (A Walk Through Time) only through May 26-31 as part of the Hotel’s Filipino Heritage Festival held every year.
