We were late for the Barney show! They started on time, 7pm. Darn! Was caught up in the traffic plus the aircon gave up on us! What timing huh! AD was already complaining to me that he was already sweating in his car seat. What can I do as I was also the driver. He too, was already growing impatient of the traffic.
Anyway, we were late for an hour. My brother met me and let me off and parked our car to save time. My hubbybubbly just took the MRT from work instead of letting me pick him up from his office (Thank goodness! But I should’ve thought about that earlier rather than waited on him). He arrived 10 minutes earlier than us.
It was intermission time when we arrived, so we had time to look for our seats. Good! We had the patron seats. It was cold while we were sweating. Should’ve brought down our jackets. Anyway, so the show started already…
I can’t stop myself from swaying AND singing with the music that I am familiar with and even swaying even not knowing the song! It was quite addictive. AD and hubbybubbly went in front by the stage and I stayed on our seats (to rest). Yes, going in front was allowed. Actually, there were many kids who were already there. I can see AD and his cousin C dancing and jumping and even embracing each other! What a scene! The kids around me were so ecstatic! Gosh! What did Barney have that I don’t? (hahaha) Kids are so attracted to Barney! You can see moms and yayas singing and dancing with their kids while the dads are just swaying to the beat. You should have seen the place! It was jampacked even with the price. You can never go wrong with a Barney show indeed.
