ZubuChon

Zubuchon-8

ZubuChon…Lechon…have you tried this?  Me neither…so this is my 1st time to eat it!

What can I say?…well, there were parts that were tasty while some was bland.  The rosemary herb was very evident and loved the taste of it!  Luckily, I was able to eat most of the tastier meat :D  It was also lovely to clean off the meat from the bones.  But sadly, the skin was not crunchy.  We just heated it our our toaster oven.  We were in a hurry to taste it but there was an instruction to heat it in the oven for a crunchy skin.  Too bad, our help didn’t heed the heating instructions.  Anyway, the next time we visit Cebu, will try to eat Zubuchon there and not the pasalubong style.

Gather your recyclables now and be part of those who want to save Mother Earth!

AYALA RECYCLABLES FAIR

Don’t worry, this is done every 2nd Saturday of the month until the end of the year ~ 8am to 3pm.  Venue is either at the Market! Market! Open Parking or in front of ROX (I guess, it would be the open parking too.)

I’ve been trying to save up all our exhausted batteries and ink cartridges since last year so we can check out this Recyclables Fair.  I want to bring AD for his better understanding and appreciation of the topic because they’ve tackled saving Mother Earth in school last year.
