Getting older. .
It’s starting to feel like trying to fight the tide :o But anyway I had to face this day awhile back.
It so happened I had to go to Auckland to pick up a guest from the airport so we decided to make a weekend out of it. :)
N chose the dinner venue and treated us to dinner.. ^_^ The place was amazing… magical with fountains, lights and a very natural garden setting. I don’t know how he found it, but he’s good at things like that.
The 3 of us decided to go for the banquet which is a selection of starters, mains and fruit. It was really good. Mmm I love Thai Food! We had spring rolls, angel wings, fried bread and samosas for starters, tom yum soup and yellow curry, pad thai, cashew nut chilli prawns and veges with mushrooms served with fragrant jasmine rice.
I will definitely go back there again
The food was amazing. We had fruit for dessert but deemed it boring so N drove us all the way to Movenpick in Mission Bay. Macadamia ice cream. *melts*

And now I don’t have to smell Curiously of Britney Spears. . OK bad pun XD I love it! It’s J.Lo Live original and it’s almost like my old favourite, Beyond Paradise which was stolen.
And I FINALLY own a mineral foundation! TBS Nature’s Mineral

I’m not a HUGE fan of powder foundation but I am willing to give mineral a try because my skin has decided to rebel and I have been having breakouts.. GRR.. :( how adolescent. Someone please recommend a good foundation! I have tried Clarins and I do like it but it costs the earth and it’s hard to apply.
And from my parents. Well not really
They wanted me to buy something for myself so.. .

Muahahaha

Sounds (and looks) like a nice outing. I love Thai food, but nobody I know does here. And Indian, and . . . well just about almost anything.
