In Game Fidelity

Destiny Online is another game I kinda play in the background.. It’s quite a cool game and has a few features that I wish HKO would adopt (eg. Autowalk, teleporting, morphing, and their awesome pet system etc). However I’m not here to compare games xD Below are some screenies I took.

(I kept ‘dying’ in town to freak people out wahaha - it’s even more fun with the sound effects)

Anway the short of the long is..

This game has a marriage system.  If you had a ’spouse-to-be’ and your ’spouse to be’  spent lots more time with someone else

(note this is IN GAME) 

would you get reallly upset? Is this considered as infidelity? LoL

Personally I know I wouldn’t care :P But maybe others take IG things more seriously. What do ya think?

    Haha… Wow. In-game marriage. I wouldn’t care either since it is JUST a game but I’m sure somebody out there would take it seriously.

    @ lilypop i think IG marriage is quite common among RPGs :P but yeah its weird >:)

    I’ll tell you a little story. Once, I was (volunteer) in-game support for a commercial game. I once got dragged into performing an in-game marriage. It was odd.

    Yep, the non-PK one, the carebear server. It was the first one listed on character creation, and I didn’t know any better.

    Yea, I’m getting angry at this game. The client is pretty shabby, constantly locking up on me. My machine ain’t a slouch and the client is pretty light-weight, but I have to kill it like three or four times sometimes.
