Hi everyone , I am really really sad 
because yesterday my hko download end and today I try to install it everything was really well but then I put open file and I saw in the screen thats say setup and I click on it but nothing happen and my computer start to have problems it act really slow when I try to install it . In your email, include your internet information and computer information like the operating system (vista? XP?). If you are not too sure what information to give, you can always write to ask them what information they need in order to help you. Hope this helps!
