Hello Kitty 35th Anniversary Mouse Pad, etc.

Friday, September 11th, 2009

What sort of mouse pad do you use? My husband just uses an Ikea mouse pad, while I use the trackpad of my Mac, so no need for a mouse pad there.

In case you are looking for something with a Hello Kitty theme, check out this one that was made for Hello Kitty’s 35th Anniversary Colors.

It comes with sticky note pads too, made in the shape of Hello Kitty and a ribbon. I would have wanted something with Hello Kitty in her usual colors, you know, a standard Hello Kitty look, but I guess there’s a theme to follow for this one!

Hello Kitty Handy Notebook

This one I was actually tempted to buy!

It comes in a handy size, and will easily fit into a purse, clutch or even the back pocket of your jeans!

Here’s how it looks like inside. Just like any regular notebook, except the outside is sooo cute!

Hello Kitty Notebook and Notepads

Wednesday, September 9th, 2009

I think I like this one better! It has a cool cover made of plastic so you don’t have to worry about drinks spilling into your notebook!

This comes with a complementary a set of 3 note pads! Just so every thing is coordinated!

You can keep one and give the rest to your sisters or best friends. And I like that it’s in a classic Hello Kitty red too!

Hello Kitty Notebook

Tuesday, September 8th, 2009

When I was much younger, I only used the usual Sterling or Corona notebooks. Then again, these were pretty much the standard back then. Blue cover, gray lines. Talk about lack of personality!

Some of my classmates covered their notebooks with pretty wrap paper or magazine ads. Funny I know! Imagine just using something like this instead…

The inside is pretty special too! Pink lines and Hello Kitty faces!

Cute huh?! You can even place this inside a ring binder so your school notes are organized!

Hello Kitty Folders

Monday, September 7th, 2009

Dear Hubby, Berry and I went to Target, and we saw lots and lots of cute Hello Kitty trinkets and things!  Some are 35th Anniversary merchandise while most are just cute to have let’s start with these folders for your documents!

Aren’t they pretty? I wouldn’t think of filing as a chore if Iget to use pretty folders like these!

Which one do you like best? Polka dots or ribbons?

Hello Kitty x Repetto

Monday, August 31st, 2009

Aha! This personal favorite of mine might just give me good enough reason to buy something from Hello Kitty’s 35th Anniversary collabs!

Hello Kitty printed Repettos! Wootwoo!

Now these, I definitely adore! I wonder how much these would cost though! These shoes will be available in Lane Crawford, along with special collections from American Apparel, Havaianas, Linda Farrow, Les Bijoux de Sophie and Belgian milliner Christophe Coppens.

Hello Kitty x Linda Farrow

Thursday, August 27th, 2009

Among the special capsule collections of Hello Kitty-themed merchandise at Hong Kong-based retailer Lane Crawford are sunglasses from Linda Farrow!

This does not come as a surprise given that in the WWD article, it was mentioned that “In recent years, Hello Kitty’s reach has extended beyond young girls to stylish women, who shop the brand both for themselves and their daughters. Hello Kitty’s fashion quotient has increased through a bevy of collaborations with firms such as Christian Dior, Heatherette, Anna Sui and A Bathing Ape. Her celebrity following includes Katy Perry, Lady Gaga and Miley Cyrus.”

This just goes to show Hello Kitty’s fan base has really expanded, crossing generations! I won’t be surprised if one day, my daughter Berry will be so into Hello Kitty too!
