Grimaldi’s Pizzeria

My sister and her hubby and in-laws stood in line for 2 hours at Grimaldi’s in Brooklyn for this:

Grimaldi’s is an institution when it comes to pizza, boasting of thin crust pizza with fresh mozarella baked in a coal-fired brick oven to give it a smoky taste and crisp crust. Tourists and locals come to Grimaldi’s for the experience alone.

Admittedly, the pizza is good. But with a Brooklyn style pizza place near our apartment, which we can get in 20 minutes tops, why wait 2 hours for this? It’s not worth it apparently! As my sister said, Fuhgedaboutit!

Ohhh!! I like thin and crispy pizza.

2 hours for a pizza?! I might finish the whole thing because of extreme hunger. XP
