Kate Moss: Style
Thursday, November 27th, 2008Finally! A book that chronicles my style icon’s wardrobe choices!!!
I just have to have this! Unfortunately, Angela Buttolph’s book is currently out of stock in Amazon. Well, it’s no wonder. I am pretty sure legions of women have wrapped their greedy hands around this book and won’t be letting go. I mean, if I saw this in a bookstore, I would have not hesitated in buying this book.
It’s a great coffee table book, a conversation piece, and just fabulous to have around when I’m looking for style inspiration!

Monday, November 24th, 2008Breakfast of Champs!
Friday, November 21st, 2008Well, pregnant Champs! Ever since Dear Hubby and I got pregnant, I’ve made sure that everything I eat will be good for our growing baby. As much as possible, it has to be organic, fresh and full of nutrients! I try to avoid salty food, processed foods, sugar and anything artificial.
For breakfast, I usually have a bowl of yogurt, granola, and fresh fruits drizzled with honey…
It’s filling and very healthy! I get my dairy, fruits, and fiber all in one bowl!!!
Arugula and Pear Salad
Thursday, November 20th, 2008Here’s a quick and tasty salad that uses very few ingredients, but packs a load of flavor!
arugula greens
walnuts
fresh diced pears
Instead of using blue cheese dressing and crumbling blue cheese over the salad, I just used a standard raspberry vinaigrette since I can’t have any blue cheese now that I’m pregnant! Nevertheless, even with a vinaigrette dressing, I still enjoyed this salad very very much!

Tuesday, November 18th, 2008Oooh! This one’s definitely in my must buy list! I’ve been using Neutrogena’s Body Oil for years now and I just love the silky feel of body oils when my skin feels lacking in moisture. But this new product from Kiehl’s seems superbly better because it works not only for the body but for the face and hair too! Three-in-one!
-Made with fairly traded Argan Oil
-Multi-purpose restorative dry oil
-Naturally Derived Emollients
-Provides Healthy Looking Radiant Sheen
“Kiehl’s multi-purpose restorative dry oil for the face, body and hair utilizes Moroccan Argan Oil and naturally-derived emollients, enriched with antioxidants and essential fatty acids. This formulation helps to smooth skin and hair while providing a healthy looking radiant sheen. Applied to skin, our instantly absorbed dry oil leaves a silky feel and helps improve its appearance and texture. Used on hair, this uniquely versatile formula helps to smooth split ends and helps restore the appearance of damaged hair.”
Love it!
