Fish Fillet in Olive Oil and Lemon Juice

Check out this quick and easy meal that I’ve “perfected” heehee! My Dear Hubby doesn’t really like eating fish, so to “force” him to eat fish I experimented with this recipe, which he thankfully enjoys!

Ingredients:

fish fillets

lemon (use zest and juice)

salt and pepper

bread crumbs

olive oil

cilantro

1. Rub fillet with lemon zest, salt and pepper. Coat with bread crumbs .

2. In a frying pan, pour olive oil and wait until it gets hot. Place fillets on the pan and fry until golden brown. Add lemon juice and let it simmer for a couple of minutes.

3. Top with chopped cilantro and serve.

It only takes me 15 minutes to prepare this dish and it’s always a hit! You can serve it with pasta or rice.

Hmmm, steaming is a healthier option! Why didn’t I think of that! Thanks! Hehehe!
