A favorite place for filming romantic New York City scenes in the movies, Rockefeller Center’s ice skating rink is a “must visit” for both locals and tourists alike. The Ice Rink is not open the whole year round, so when the skating rink is set up, it is as if to signal that Christmas is just around the corner!

For a fee of $18 you get to experience a truly unique New York City tradition, that may even make you feel like a character in a romantic movie! Heehee!

I have yet to try it! But I am sure it will be so much fun! I think this is one of those things that you must do should you have the chance to visit New York during the fall/winter season!
