Formula 1 2007 season has ended, with a nice result, Ferrari won as team, and Kimmi Raikkonen is world champion, after it was near impossible to get it!

So McLaren ply dirty by hacking Ferrari, they were discovered and their team points were taken away. Not been this enough of dirty playing, they stated that BMW Sauber and Williams teams fuel was not according to regulations. In case this was true, the 3 racers (Nico Rosberg 4th, Robert Kubica 5th and Nick Heidfeld 6th) will loose thier points and no longer be on the way of Lewis Hamilton (7th) to be world champion.

After deliberating for several hours stewards decided the evidence was insufficient to justify sanctions. McLaren is expected to appeal, but if they do, how would they explain evidence? If they do have a way of getting this “evidence” I think this will show that they were also hacking these teams and not only Ferrari, which will be worts for them.

I think that Alonso’s and Hamilton’s points should have been deducted to half , after all, their winning places were accquired by team playing dirty, by cheating. They did their job as racers and trust the team, but for me, it is still a dirty win. Don’t get me wrong, Alonso is a great pilot, and Hamilton… he needs more seasons before I can made up my mind on what king of pilot he is.
