Yes It’s very common to people that when we get angry or stressed we can’t cool down anymore. Yes..yes..yes It even happens to me >_<. So I think we should follow this tips when we get angry. When you get angry, don’t say bad words immediately saying it will just make you more angry. Drink a water or a cup of coffee, While drinking, you should watch funny movies to forget the thing that happened (this will make you feel better afterwards..). Eat something after eating, take your time in a bathtub or do a warm shower. After that,listen to music. Then really, this tips will make you feel better. Post this on your cute ‘blog’ so people here in the online world will know how to cool down! right?
