蠔油菜炒蝦

I got this recipe from an online Chinese cooking website
Since it’s Chinese New Year, I decided to try something new…

Ingredients
2 cups of cut celery, 1 cup of slice carrot, 1 lb of Shrimps
vegetable oil 1 tbsp

Sauce Mix
Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp, Water 2 tbsp and Soy Sauce 1 tbsp 

Method

1. Heat Oil and Stir-fry Veggie for 2  minutes. 
2. Add prawns, sauce mix and cook approximately 2 minutes until sauce thickens.

Here is my easy recipe for Hello Kitty Ice-cream sandwich…Ingredients:
1 bag of dark chocolate chips
Vanilla ice-cream
Hello Kitty silicone cake mold

Direction:

1. Use low heat to melt the chocolate chip
2. Once the chocolate is melted, put it over the hello kitty mold (see photo)
3. Then put vanilla ice-cream inside
4. Cover ice-cream with a layer of melted chocolate
5. Let it sit in the freezer for an hour.
6. Then remove the Hello Kitty mold
7. And decorated as desired

Sanrio有意在香港開設一個和日本Puroland一樣既樂園
如果係真既….就好啦

上星期係一間電器鋪見到這套 Hello Kitty NDS Style Kit﹐立刻就買左啦

係唔係好可愛呀??? ﹕)

明天莊先生和我就出發去我們期待以久既7天Alaska cruise啦!
因為結婚時候(都快7年啦) 我地無去honeymoon, 而每次出遊不是探親就是去跑馬拉松 (不是我跑﹐我只是做莊先生既啦啦隊 呵呵!)

所以今次算是我們補渡蜜月啦!  ^0^

今次我地係乘坐 Princess Cruise 既Coral Princess
路線是由Vancouver Canada 到 Whittier Alaska. 
莊先生和我都是第一次坐Cruise 所以都唔知鐘唔鐘意遊船河
不過一諗起一個禮拜唔返工又可以同大自然接觸 (希望可以見到Whales, Eagles and Bears) 就好開心…..
回來後再寫Cruise 後感想….. 

Coral Princess

2006 年既聖誕節﹐一位好友送左一隻Hello Kitty Build-a-bear 啤我
還為她改名叫Sassy - 在Build-A-Bear 商有電腦可為Bear-Bear 改名既 (圖1). 

其實一直都想去Build-A-Bear 幫自己做一隻(覺得好得意).
剛剛又係Sanrio town 內見到 Build Your Own Hello Kitty at Build-a-Bear 既文章知道Build-A-Bear 出了隻夏日Hello Kitty.

所以好快速地去幫Sassy 做左個Friend - Kina (圖2)
你地覺得一個雪白Kitty 和夏日Kitty一起感覺如何? (圖3 -雪白Kitty 換左夏裝^^)

我在上年聖誕節買下在個 Hello Kitty化妝箱, 懶懶的我到現在才把這個可愛的Kitty 箱拿出來用:p
還好我不是擁有很多化妝品這個箱的size剛好裝載我所有的用品Perfect

剛剛在Wii 內幫莊先生弄了個Mii

像他嗎?呀豐和我就覺得十分相似信啦!哈哈
