   I went to Kittylab and registered as Sanrio Town member last Saturday (15-8-2009). However, I’ve not yet received the photo taken on that day. Please explain when can I get it or you’ve lost it.

   I went to Kittylab but miss the chance to register as Sanrio Town member, can I use the promotion card to join the member again at the Sanrio Store?

   我也是！23/8 (SUN)到KT LAB合照, 是可LOGIN EMAIL,不過沒有照片，只有框框！請相關KT人員早點回復….是我和男朋友的合照,很珍貴啊！

    POOR SERVICE - what should I do?

    1) I received the email but cannot download. The response is only system busy all the time.
    2) My friend do not recieve any download email.
    3) Both problems are reported to marketing@hellokitty.com but there is no reply.
