Today was the last day of school! Yay!!! SUMMER VACATION!!! Woo! Ha ha ha. Anyways, all I did was spend my day on the computer, practicing my ninja skills, watching TV, and playing Wii. It’s not very nice outside right now, nor has it been all day. So I was talking to my friend on the phone for an hour. Now I’m really worried about one of my friends ’cause I e-mailed her, and she said she had a minor case of the swine flu! I’ll be sure to keep her in my prayers! I feel so bad for her! At least it’s not really bad. But I feel so sorry for her… please, if you are reading this, don’t start flipping out that you’re going to get H1N1… just remember her!

Today, I let Jack read the first page of my book. I had to take it away from him, though. He was reading it out loud, and I didn’t want him too, so I took it away. If you decide you want to get fast food, since it’s Fast Food Day, I suggest not too much! LOL. Anyways, let’s get back to my blog. My friend and I earlier today were looking at each other smiling, because I found out yesterday that she liked my crush, too… so now, I’m kind of… worried. That we would get into a fight. I doubt it would happen, but still. Who knows? Anyways, while we were waiting to go to class, Jack said my name. I looked at him, he was staring at me. So I decided to hold his stare. Then he said, “Why are you staring in my eyes? I never said your name or anything.” Then I smiled, and he smiled. Today, I received my yearbook! I looked for my picture, and I found it. I looked nice! Then, I saw someone in my class who looked really different than he does now. When I say really, I mean REALLY. His hair was a little lighter, not by much. Maybe the light was shining on it in a different way? I’m not sure.  His hair was a little longer, too. He didn’t have braces when we took the pictures, either. He has braces now. I also got to have free ice cream from my school,  because we won this thing and they promised us for free ice cream, so we got it today. Yes, I did finish my homework before I typed this blog. I’m a good person! LOL. That was practically my day!

Now back to the blogging! On May 29, 2009, I had my very first dance! I was really excited! I had a great time. I got to dance with my crush, too… his name is Jack. I can still remember everything.
     “Jack! Jack! Jack!” I said while tapping his shoulder.
     “What?” he asked me.
     “Do you… do you want to… dance… with me?” I asked.
     “I don’t know, maybe.” he walked away and talked to some dude named James. I turned and I hit my head because I just blurted it out, when I didn’t actually mean to say it. I turned back around and saw Jack come back over.
     “I’ll dance.” he said. I didn’t clearly hear him.
     “What?” I asked, moving a little closer.
     “I’ll dance with you!” he said a little louder. He held my hips, I put my hands around his neck, and we danced. I saw my friend, Lizzy, dance with someone, and I looked at her and smiled, she saw me and smiled. Then, the “cool” girls saw us and ran over.
     “Jack, Jack, Jack!” they all shouted to him. He tried to kick them to get them away, and I felt him breathe on my arm. Then one of the “cool” girls who wasn’t with the rest of the “cool” girls pointed and came over.
     “You got guts, kid.” she said. Then they all crowded us. I looked at Lizzy like I was saying I just want them to leave us ALONE!!! Geez! I was getting really annoyed.
     “Give them some room to dance!” she said, the one who pointed to us. Then, they backed up, and the dance ended. We let go of each other, smiled, and then Lizzy ran over.
     “So how’d it go?” she asked.
     “Good!” I said.
     “Do you like him?” she asked.
     “Kinda…” I said.
     ”Well, see you later!” she said.
     “Bye for now!” I said.
     Then I told a few other friends, and they were proud of me. I just hung out with my friends for the rest of the night, but I was really happy. It was the best night of my life.

Sadness came to me one day.

 My cat Taters passed away on September 2, 2008. He came to us as a stray with his mommy one day. We decided to keep them, so I named him Taters and my mom and dad named his mom Mama Kitty. He was the only survivor of the litter. We celebrated Christmas, Easter, etc. He lived 8 long happy years. He loved to lick us. He was an outdoor cat because he was born stray. He has always been a lovable and good cat. He was a very vocal cat and he loved whipped cream. He loved us very much and we loved hime very much, and now I miss him so.
