Wee happiness~

First, I found my last post’s cube clock on eBay! Lookit~

Hello Kitty Cube Clock

Click the image to check the eBay page. I found out from the pic, that it DOES light, yay! So for any of my overseas readers who might wanna get it, you know what to do. ^^

According to the seller, it’s 8×8x8 cm, and also has a sound alarm. It runs on 2 AA batteries.

Although the bad news is that it costs US$9.40 PLUS shipping there. And it’s the exact same one, as you can see, and the one I saw was also very well made. I don’t get it. Anyways, it’s good news for us I guess superbong~ XD

Second, I’m really happy that I’m getting so many readers, even from outside Sanriotown. Who woulda thunk! Thanks to all of you~ ^^ I’ll do my best!

(Btw I’m thinking about doing something for my 10,000th hit, a Kiriban or something. Any ideas?)

Third, while going through my comments, I noticed that my cactus friend post is not only exciting to Hello Kitty fans, but to Tokidoki fans too. Apparently, they’ve been waiting for it for some time now. So I hope the collaboration comes out soon! ^^

Hello Kitty Cube Clock

I went shopping yesterday, and I found this super cute cube clock on the way to the car~ ^^ I don’t think it’s official Sanrio, but it’s really well-made and heavy. I didn’t have cash at the time and we were in a hurry so I couldn’t run to the ATM and back, but I’m going back for it! Good thing I got this pic though heehee. :P

Let’s see. It tells the time, day, date, and temperature in °C. Cute! And it even has that thermometer icon. I didn’t get to ask if it’s got a light, and I didn’t notice a switch but I was in a hurry. And it’s only about US$2!

I tried looking for something like this online, but I can’t seem to find it. Sorry~ @_@

Hello Kitty Epson Laptops

Hello Kitty Epson Laptop

Remember my old post about the crystal-studded LaVie G Hello Kitty laptop by NEC? Well here’s something I’m sure you’ll like too~ Epson just made two new Hello Kitty laptops! I got these from Shiny Shiny. Here’s the other one:

Hello Kitty Epson Laptop

And here are the specs:

+ Epson A4 Hello Kitty Monogrammed Laptop
+ Weight: 3KG
+ Operating system: Windows Vista
+ Hard Disk: 80GB
+ RAM: 1GB
+ Processor: 1.73GHz Intel Celeron M430

What I kinda don’t get is why this also costs about the same price as the Swarovski one, they cost US$1,640, just 10 bucks cheaper, and the specs are slightly lower too. Hmm. Aaaaanyways, they come with Hello Kitty themes moohaha~

Hello Kitty Themes
I personally like the first design (the colorful one) and the second theme (Kitty and Mimmy on the seesaw). I like the My Computer icon with Kitty’s head as a monitor! XD

Hello Kitty Palm Pet

Palm Pet

Woooo~ Now this, I’m aware, is just plain cute. Pink bunny ball AND it’s Hello Kitty — this is like all the elements of cute rolled up into this ball. Pun intended.

yeah I know, this might as well not be Hello Kitty, after all it’s pink and is a bunny, but it IS Kitty, really, you just have to believe XD But I’m sure you Kitty fans can see it. Actually if I’m not mistaken, this is an official Sanrio item.

The image is from Geishabot again (really nice gallery, you should visit). I looked around and found out about it, yay~

Dimensions are 3-1/4″ x 2-1/4″ x 1-1/2″, in short, it really just is about the size of your palm! ALSO! If you pull the tail, it vibrates! Cute moohahaha!

On ToyToGo, this is model KT-94813-84 and costs 4.75 USD. Click the link to check it out :)

Hello Kitty Headphones

Hello Kitty Headphones

Is this not love? *-*

I personally prefer headphones to earphones, the sound really tends to be better because it’s surrounding your ear. Also my ears hurt when I wear earphones for a long time.

This is from the Sanrio shop actually, so some of you might have seen this already. Still I love how it looks! I mean, I don’t have a lot of red stuff, but it’s better like that imo coz it’ll stand out~ :P

Oh if you don’t wanna have to check, it costs 3,150 Yen or just about 27USD. Finally, something not super expensive eh? XD

I stare at my headphones…and weep. Umm don’t cry Mr. Headpones, I still love you. LOL *crazy*

Apple Hello Kitty TV

Apple TV rofl
No, I don’t mean Apple the company :P Here we have an actual apple-shaped Hello Kitty LCD TV! got this from New Launches. Moohaha~

Well how fitting, since Kitty loves apples and apple pie ^^ The LCD has a resolution of 800×600 pixels and the speakers have an output of 3Wx2ch (I’m not sure what that means sorry). It’s got a power switch, volume controls and you can change the channel. Also it comes with a remote control :)

Sorry no cable though XD It measures 355×115x420mm (you do the conversion rofl). When you open the apple, the two “doors” serve as the speakers~

This one is available in Japan for 84,000 Yen or about $725. Yikes, it’s kinda pricey even if it would be awesome in any Kitty-lover’s room. XD

Optical Mouse

Who says water and computers can’t mix? this is no ordinary optical mouse, it has a floating Hello Kitty inside it! I’m not exactly sure what she’s holding in that picture, but this is really neat. Not to mention unique. Here are the specs:

  • Size: 65 x 35 x 106mm.
  • Plug-and-play operation.
  • Color change gradually (blue-purple-green) when USB connected.
  • Transparent cover, a float Hello Kitty is inside it.
  • 3 button layout, scroll wheel acts as third button.
  • USB interface, optical tracking, 1200 DPI resolution.
  • Compatible with windows 9x/2k/xp/Vista/NT4.0 and MAC OS9.
  • Compact great for desktop or notebook computers.
  • High quality, perfect condition, 100% brand new, please bid with confidence.

I wish there were a picture of it lit. Well, if you’re looking for a Hello Kitty mouse and this seems a little too much for you, you might wanna check the other Hello Kitty optical mouse I featured :)

If you’re wondering where to get this, it’s up on eBay, and costs US$6.99. Not bad. Not to mention, it’s a fresh change from all the expensive stuff here recently haha~

Oh just a plug. Please help me and my poor non-influential self in the bloggers choice awards, haha. Just click the banner below.. I’m pretty sure I won’t win, there are a lot of big shots out there, but at least it’ll help spread the Hello Kitty love~ Thanks and a million hugs to anyone who votes <3

    The KT4607

    Digi Photo Frame 01
At first glance, it looks like an ordinary photo frame—you have your pictures printed and you slide them in, but as the title implies, this is more than that. And of course, I wouldn’t feature it here if it were as simple as that~ ;)

This picture frame is a DIGITAL Photo Frame, and here are the specifications:

    • 7″ TFT Color 16:9 LCD Display
    • Supports JPEG, BMP, PNG, GIF & TIFF Files upto 200 Megapixels
    • 170° Viewing Angle
    • 32MB Built-In Memory
    • Expandable Memory Slot for SD/MMC, CF, XD & MS Cards (Memory Card Not Included)
    • Slideshow Feature
    • Multi-Language (English/Spanish)
    • Clock, Alarm & Calendar Features
    • TV Output (NTSC/PAL) (Cable Included)
    • USB Port (Cable Included)
    • Built-In Stand
    • Power: AC Adaptor Included

Side ViewNow this is the part where I say…COOL! Basically, it works like a computer monitor where you can view the stored images in the 7-inch display. This is obviously way better than getting an ordinary photo frame, because you can store a lot of pictures and switch between them real quick.

A lot of good features there. Slideshow feature means, just like the Dreamstudio videos and Powerpoint, it can change the displayed images on its own as long as you set it to do that. I love the clock/calendar feature and that it has a USB port, it’s really very convenient. TV Output means that if you are’t content with the 7″ display, you can actually connect it to your TV sets and display the images there. Hahaha~

Boy do I sound like I’m selling this. Naturally I want this, because it’s really convenient! And you don’t have to put a lot of frames around, as this can already display a lot of images. People will actually stay and watch it too, if the slideshow feature’s on.

I wish it came in other colors though, like black heheheh…

    Hello Kitty Popcorn Maker

    Tuesday, June 19th, 2007

Because there are so many good movies out today, this could be very relevant. Well, sorta…coz you don’t exactly bring your own homemade popcorn to theaters haha. Anyways~

It’s the KT5230, looks like it might start talking in a robot voice to take your order or something =P Erhm erhm. I love popcorn! Actually I’ve just recently begun to appreciate normal butter-only popcorn, coz I used to demand my cheese flavoring (and plenty of it!). Luckily, this thing comes with a built-in butter well for “quick melting” heheh.

This apparently isn’t available in stores, you can only get it online (not that hard to find) for US$30, it cooks up to 3 quarts of popcorn. AND it’s non-stick! Yes, that makes all the difference for people like me. Apparently they’ve thought of everything, coz once you’re done popping you can just flip it over and use the clear dome-type thing as a serving bowl.

Is there a difference in taste between mocrowave popcorn and the type you really have to pop the old-fashioned way? Like this? I imagine there should be…but maybe it’s not that noticeable. Also maybe there’s a less risk of burning the popcorn, since there’s a motorized stirring rod to keep things moving. In the microwave you can’t overcook for even a few seconds or it’ll taste bad. My brother still eats the burnt ones though heheh, he’s my clean-up guy. Haha~

Oh btw, CONGRATULATIONS to the Dazzling moment winners! Woot~ Especially to Luty who regularly graces my blog with her presence, for getting the honorable mention :)

    Hello Kitty x LaVie G

    Tuesday, June 12th, 2007

I’m a little late with this, sorry everyone! Anyways, this is possibly the most talked about Hello Kitty item these past few days. Japan’s NEC made this crystal-studded notebook computer to appeal to the working girls. As some of you may know, Hello Kitty is very popular in Asia even among office-goers. So it was only a matter of time before someone made something like this.

But this is no ordinary KT-themed piece of technology. The design is made of 299 Swarovski crystals forming 4 hearts, and of course, Hello Kitty’s face. And don’t be fooled by it’s appearance, it’s one mean machine too. It runs on Windows Vista Home Premium, has 1GB RAM, 100GB hard disk space, a Wi-Fi adapter and a dual-layer DVD burner, among other things. So office-workers will not only have a cute little gadget, they’ll also have a notebook that can really handle their work. Coolness~

Lavie G is the model of the NEC notebook, so this would be the Hello Kitty edition. Unfortunately this is only available in Japan, but the rest of the world can still get it online for $1,650. In my opinion it’s not all that pricey considering what it is and what it can do. :)
