What is it About Noobs?

Friday, March 30th, 2007

I’m not one to complain a lot (my emphasis on “a lot” because I do complain ), but really, what is it about these new players who keep begging in tournaments to allow them to have the trophy?

I mean, for an average player like myself, being able to get a trophy from a tournament takes quite an effort to achieve… And all the noobs can think of is to ask for it, simply because they have less trophies than me… I mean, lol, dude, keep practicing, why don’t you? What’s the use of a trophy that you didn’t earn on your own?

I guess for some of the really good players, receiving a trophy has lost its value… I say this mainly because at more than one occasion, a professional Pangya player simply asked if I wanted to have a trophy when I could only achieve 4th place. Sometimes, I would decline the offer, but at one time, I tested it and said yes… And just like that, the pro player made mistakes on purpose to let me have one of the trophies…

Well, of course I thanked that pro player, but nyaa… It didn’t feel as good as when I win a trophy all on my own…

It makes me wonder how the other noob players feel? To me, it feels a tad bit insulting… It’s an indirect method of letting other players know that you can’t achieve to reach top marks unless other people “allow” you to do so…

Thanks but no thanks… I’d rather recieve a trophy when I actually deserve it… Perhaps that is selfishness to some people, but that is my pride as a Kooh Player.

But I guess for now, I’ll let you all enjoy this fanart from Pangya Thailand

Summertime~

Monday, March 26th, 2007

I think it’s about time I changed font colors simply because the summer’s here… And the moods are beginning to become a pain to put in, so I’ll use my Pangya ones instead.

Anyway, as promised to my mom, I haven’t been playing a lot of Pangya for the summer, and I really haven’t seen any good outfits for Kooh available yet. I mean, the cheesy black shirt and shorts? Ew…

That’s a fanart I found in the Pangya Thailand forums again. I need to post more of their fanarts soon…. really great artists there…

Summer’s Nearly Here!

To me, summer would mean a lot of fun in the sun… No more time to play in the house all day, but occassional all-nighters are a must.

I’m looking forward to the summer. I need to get out of the house. Mom’s been scolding me that I’ve been playing too much video games. She’s right though, but that doesn’t stop me from making her happy by playing outside once in a while.

I found this in the Pangya Thailand Forums. I think it’s kind of traditional for the Japanese to have watermelon in the beach… I hear they cool it in the ocean waters first, then literally break it with a stick. Haha~ I’d want to try that! I mean, since when are you ever allowed to beat up a fruit?

I certainly hope everyone gets a nice summer.

Oh~ I Missed! x(

Oooh~ Of all the silly things to do, I had to miss a long putt! If I didn’t miss that last shot, then I would have won the game..!

Guess You can’t win them all huh?

But at least I got a cute screenshot of Kooh tapping her head. Haha~ She does this cute pose first, expecting to succeed in making a Long Putt, then collapses to that position if she doesn’t make it… I think I like her pose when she misses more than when she succeeds…

Now you can’t deny the cuteness of this pose, can you? I think not…
