I’ve been macroing and keybinding this, /cast vanish /cast sap. Always have your priest fearing aggressively, if the non dps-ed target has a trinket down, and has a 6 second fear, followed by a 10 second blind and then another 10 second sap, well, you have 26 seconds of OOC, a great window period!.
