Hello everyone, it’s that time of the year again! On December 19, 2011, joy and merriment abound in Hello Kitty Online as we celebrate the spirit of love and giving. Lots of giveaways and fun parties will be had in Hello Kitty’s Holiday Blowout!
We will be conducting regular maintenance on the Hello Kitty Online website. The maintenance will start on December 06, 1:00 a.m. EST (December 06, 2:00 p.m. GMT+8) and is expected to be completed 3 hours later on December 06, 4:00 a.m. EST (December 06, 5:00 p.m. GMT+8).
During the maintenance, the Hello Kitty Online homepage and the Payments Service will be unavailable. Sanriotown and the HKO wiki will be unaffected and will remain online. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.

Hello Kitty’s Birthday is just around the corner, and Hello Kitty Online has prepared a special birthday celebration! It’s a weekend full of fun and surprises, and you’ll even get a chance to take part in a special charity event. Mark your calendars, because starting on October 28, we’ll party hard from dusk ‘til dawn, counting down to Hello Kitty’s big day on November 1, 2011!
As a way of showing our appreciation to our beloved SanrioTown users, we are giving away 500 SLPs to everybody! We apologize for all the inconveniences caused by the many maintenances that have been done lately.

Greetings everyone! There has been a problem on the SanrioTown database last week but fortunately it was resolved. However, as a result, some issues have arisen, namely the following:
1. Users who have registered for a NEW SanrioTown account since March 10 will NEED TO RE-CREATE their accounts.
2. Users who had recently connected their SanrioTown accounts to their Facebook accounts using the Hello Kitty Online app or SanrioTown app will HAVE TO RE-CONNECT them.
3. New users that have purchased Sanrio Cash Points (SCPs) MUST RE-CREATE their accounts using the EXACT SAME USERNAME and DOMAIN (@hellokitty.com, @mymelody.com or @kuririnmail.com) in order to recover their SCPs.
