    I too cannot log in to my Hello Kitty Email Account at all and I need access urgently as I receive business emails there.
    Once I log in I can change my email address so I can STOP USING YOUR SERVICE as it is so stressful.
    Please HELP US.

    When trying to access the email, I need to do activate it again since I haven’t used it in years but it doesn’t let me proceed even after I agree to everything. I also want to download HKO but I the website doesn’t work.

    Hi, I can’t receive any incoming messages since Oct 15th, the inbox is empty since then…. I have sent enquiry emails to SanrioTown Support but NO reply! Pls fix, so so so inconvenient! Payments were overdue, kids sch notices, all important info were missed all because of I cannot receive any emails! Have been using SanrioTown for the past 10+ years, why my loyalty ends up in this way?

    So on 12 December email reappeared in my in box. Where are the emails for the blackout time between 15 October and 12 December?
    Next question is because of the incompetence and unreliable service does it make any sense to use hellokitty?
