HKO Philippines Now Open for Pre–Registration

The Philippines is now in on the Hello Kitty Online (HKO) fun! HKO Philippines, which is published by Level Up! Games, will be having their Founders’ Beta soon, and they’re inviting people to be part of the first group to enter Sanrio land through the Philippine portal.
